John P. DeMircift is an attorney specializing in Consumer Protection Litigation, also commonly referred to as “Lemon Law” litigation. John’s commitment and deep understanding of the court system allows him to analyze and execute a unique litigation strategy for each of his client’s specific needs. To John, no two clients are the same, and every client deserves their own carefully crafted playbook to go up against any opponent.
Prior to Co-Founding Leo Lemons, John had practiced in a wide range of legal fields. These legal fields include business litigation, transactional, real estate litigation, public entity defense, civil rights, contracts, landlord-tenant disputes, etc. By practicing law on both the plaintiff and the defense sides, John brings a unique ability to evaluate and understand the defense when representing his clients in their Lemon Law claims.
John is a graduate of Western State College of Law and was awarded the Witkin Awards in Negotiations and Constitutional Law while attending law school. He completed his Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of California, Riverside, majoring in political science and minoring in business administration. Moreover, while completing his undergraduate degree, he also studied international business at Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, Spain.
