Athena Nguyen is an attorney specializing in Consumer Protection, also commonly referred to as “Lemon Law.” Athena is the perfect example of hard work and good ethics. Athena has successfully litigated and settled over 800 cases, and yielded millions of dollars in settlements for her clients. Athena has taken on giant manufacturers such as General Motors, Ford, Chrysler, Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Mercedes-Benz, and many others.
Prior to Co-Founding Leo Lemons, Athena had practiced in a wide range of areas, including, Family Law, Trust and Estates, and Probate Litigation. The one common denominator in all of her prior experiences is her passion to help people. With her clients, she ensures they get the attention and empathy they deserved. Unlike most firms, it is important to Athena that when clients call Leo Lemons, they get to speak to their attorney – not a call center.
While in law school, in addition to being a Dean’s Fellow, Athena also interned at a non-profit organization for seniors and people with disabilities. Her work focused primarily on Elder Abuse, Conservatorship, Probate, Trust Disputes, SSI, and SSDI. Due to her devotion to public service, Athena was awarded the Certificate of Exemplary Public Service at her law school Graduation.
